Corn muffins!

These savory, warm, delicious muffins are a resault of me waking up with some weird crave for something with corn...
These are SO easy to make and make really nice add to a brunch table or a quick and light dinner :)

So what do you need?!

For 12 muffins:

★5 big tbs of flour
★1 bag (or 1.5 tsp) baking powder
★2 large eggs
★3/4 cup of milk
★Small can of sweet corn drained from the water.
★2 tbs olive oil
★1/2 a cup grated cheese
★Handful of chopped spring onions
★1 tsp salt
★black/white pepper- how ever much you like.

How-to-make:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!

Mix all the ingredients together until there are no lumps from the flour.
If the batter is too thin, add another tbs of flour.  If it's too thick, add a little bit more milk!

Pour the batter into a greased 12-holes-muffin-pan and send these guys to the oven for 12-15 minutes - until the top become golden brown.

And munch!  (Don't burn your tongue though...)

Good luck!
